Our prices

1. Rates & Discounts

The prices are valid for a minimum stay of 4 nights per apartment with an occupancy of 2 persons.

For each additional person we charge 15 €/night.

The price includes: bed linen, hand & bath towels, equipped eat-in kitchen, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, TV and radio, electricity & heating and final cleaning, as well as all fees and taxes, except the local tax.

The amount of the local tax is calculated based on the duration of your stay according to applicable municipal regulations.

From January 2024: Euro 1.80 per person.

To be charged separately: breakfast basket, breakfast buffet or dinner in the hotel.

2. Discounts for children:

• Children up to 2.9 years stay free of charge
• Children up to 13.9 years pay only 10 €
• Upon request, toddler equipment is provided free of charge

3. Pets

Your four-legged family member pays 20 € per day (food not included).Please bring a basket or blanket for your pet.

4. Bookings

Please note: The booking becomes binding upon payment of a deposit for confirmation (booking guarantee) and the sending of the booking confirmation. The deposit will not be refunded in case of a cancellation.

5. Additional charges and terms of payment

Additional charge for breakfast buffet at Hotel Föhrenhof: 

• children up to 1 year free
• childrens from 1 to 2,99 years: 5,00€
• childrens from 13 to 11,99 years: 8,00€
• childrens from 12 years and adults: 12,00€

Additional charge for half board (breakfast and dinner) at Hotel Föhrenhof:

• children up to 1 year free
• childrens from 1 to 2,99 years: 12,50€
• childrens from 13 to 11,99 years: 20,00€
• childrens from 12 years and adults: 28,00€

Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation becomes binding once the deposit is paid by 150,00 € per week.

The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation. We will also apply the below cancellation conditions.

Bezahlung: Please pay cash on site. The cash limit in Italy amounts to 2.000 €. The following payment methods are allowed: non-transferable check, bank transfer.

6. Arrival & Departure

Arrival: On arrival day the apartment will ready for you starting from 14.00 clock. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.

Departure: On departure day, please leave your apartment not later than 10:00 clock.

7. Cancellation

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 Civil Code

According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code):

You may cancel your reservation until 14 days prior to arrival without any cancellation fee. We will retain only the deposit.

In case of a cancellation between 14 days before arrival and the booked day of arrival, following cancellation fees apply:

cancellation until 7 days before arrival: 50% of the full price; cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the full price.

In case of “no show” or early departure, the guest is required to fully pay for the entire booking period.

Please inform us in advance if you are unable to take your holiday.

8. Cancellation insurance

Travelling cancellation insurances are not bookable in our hotel.

9. Exlusion of liability

We strive to provide accurate and complete information on this website. However, we assume no liability or guarantee for the topicality, correctness and completeness of the information provided. We reserve the right to make changes without notice or to amend the information. Only the specific service offer or the booking confirmation is binding. For external links we can – despite careful control – assume no liability. For the content of linked pages exclusively their operators are responsible.

10. Data protection

For the purposes of the GDPR, we inform you that your data will be used and saved exclusively for processing your application and will not be disclosed or distributed to third parties. 11. Please note

We specifically refer to the legal provisions Art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code 206/2005.

12. Terms of Use Digital Guest Card

Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.

The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info

The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
